Presented above are the most frequently used UF/IFAS standard forms in both Omniform and Adobe PDF format. After you have downloaded and installed either the Omniform or Adobe free software, just "click" on the form of your choice and it will appear on your screen.
While you are able to fill in and print the Adobe PDF forms, OmniForm has the added functions of being able to save your filled in forms for future access plus the ability to e-mail attach your filled in forms for forwarding. The receiver of your e-mail would also need to have the the free Omniform filler installed on their PC.
To obtain the OmniForm Internet Filler software, just download by clicking here, and follow the instructions under "Installation". When you run the installation on your PC you will be prompted to choose options for Netscape, Explorer and Helper. Choose all three. That way you won't be limited by what you can run. The Helper option is the one that lets you save the forms on your "C" drive. The downloaded software is free.
With the free filler you can fill in the forms on the web by tabbing through the fields and "clicking" your mouse on the check boxes, then print the filled in form. A preferred method is to save the forms as ".ofm" type documents to your own "C" drive folder. You may then access them from your own PC as often as needed. This method will save you time in not having to access the web page each time you want to use a form. If you only see a little check box in the upper right hand corner when you try to open a form on the web, then you must save the form to your PC and run it without accessing the web. To do this, right "click" your mouse on the form of your choice, then select "save target as" and save the form on your "desk top".
